This past year my facebook page has snowballed in growth. There was no way this would have happened without a consistent and proven system. By April, I had all of my facebook posts scheduled out for the entire year!
I am going to share with you my best-kept secret for scheduling facebook! If it can work for me, a person who always could use more organization, then I believe it can work for you too! And I’ll be sure to give you my affiliate link because I think you will love this as much as I do!
This past year I have been creating and refining a facebook system. I want to share this for anyone who is tired of facebook or has given up! I especially want to share this for those of you who have little time and want to use it wisely! Every minute counts in my book!
Pretty soon I will be reaching 100,000 followers on facebook, and 9 months ago it was at 20,000. It would have never happened without a great way to organize my facebook posts!
My facebook system is only one of many ways I’ve grown my Facebook page, but it is definitely a biggie. I write about several of them in my post about how I broke the rules and my facebook page soared.
Share Awesome Facebook Content the Easy Way
It takes a lot of effort to find awesome content on facebook, and many posts I share on my page are evergreen, so it’s appropriate to share them year-round. Especially when I get a big dose of new likes each month. This is a piece of cake to do, but until now it has been the best-kept secret for scheduling facebook.
I’m going to be honest about the facebook scheduler: it sucks.
It’s glitchy and sometimes loads really slowly. You can’t save any of the content, and looking through the queue is awful. Make that painful! This week I have been frustrated time and time again by it. Images are not auto-populating, and I have had to reload a post over and over again. Sometimes, it still won’t work! The only part I like about it is that it is free.
Free is good, but sometimes there are things that are free which are not worth our time!
Facebook Sanity Can Be Purchased
A golden rule to growing any business is to delegate! You can’t do it all! I don’t even try to be superwoman anymore. Sometimes I look at my list of things to do, and instantly I am overwhelmed.
But then I found Facebook sanity — and it is affordable!
I started using a third-party scheduler, and my Facebook experience has been incredible. I love checking on my Facebook page each day and spending time interacting with my readers.
I am so glad that I no longer have to be tormented by using the frustrating and glitchy Facebook scheduler.
The Best-Kept Secret for Scheduling Facebook
Scheduling out facebook posts can be a full-time job in itself! Just like you, I would rather spend more time with my family or working on other projects.
I have tried Meet Edgar as well as Cinchshare. Meet Edgar was great, but it was too pricey for me. Cinchshare is a little bit more work, but I think the loading time speed completely makes up for it.
And the cost! I pay $100 for an entire year. Believe me, it’s worth every penny!
But you can try it for free! Get a 37 day free trial by using the code Cinchtober.
Here’s a quick summary of what I use my scheduler for:
- Scheduling posts to my page
- Scheduling posts to group pages
- Scheduling posts for events
- Pinning directly from my facebook page (such a cool feature!)
Schedule Posts to a Page
This is the feature that I use each and every day! I purchased a year with Cinchshare, and scheduling out to my facebook page has made it completely worthwhile.
Here is a peek at how to set up a library!
This is such a timesaver! I easily get sucked into Facebook, so I love that I can do this outside of Facebook and be so much more efficient.
I’ll share below my secrets to scheduling out posts the efficient way since Cinchshare does not loop content automatically.
Schedule Posts to Group Pages
And it’s also easy to schedule posts to a group page. You can only do this if you are the admin. If you have a group with a daily theme (i.e. Fun Fact Friday), then you can easily schedule this out for the entire year if you’d like because it is so simple! I need to be better about this feature. I don’t use it nearly as often as I should!

Schedule a Direct Sales Facebook Party
If you need to schedule out posts for an event, this scheduler is perfect. In fact, if you do direct sales and love to do facebook parties, this will rock your world! This scheduler really caters to MLMs and makes facebook parties really, really simple. It takes away the stress of live-scheduling everything. Just make sure to stay out of facebook jail!
Pin Affiliate Links Directly from your Scheduler
Lastly, I pin posts from my facebook page! This is a really awesome feature! It’s perfect for memes that I create (the very few amount, ha). But my favorite thing to pin from my facebook page is affiliate links.
Pinning affiliate links from Cinchshare is so easy with just a few clicks. Since I already have the links, description, and affiliate disclosure, most of the work is already done! I just put the link in the custom URL field, adjust the description to have pinterest friendly key words, and then it’s ready!

How to Schedule a Year of Facebook Posts the Easy Way
There are two ways to schedule out facebook posts the easy way through Cinchshare! BONUS: Cinchshare has a free trial right now! If you use the code Cinchtober, you can get a free trial for 37 days!
The Copy Feature
This is amazing! I love copying my posts and scheduling them for the future. Whenever I have a post that always gets lots of love, I schedule it out every few months.
This is how I do it:
- I create the post.
- I schedule the post.
- I click “copy post” from the upper right-hand corner.
- Then I schedule it for three months later than the original post. Easy peasy!
Just repeat these steps for your posts. But there is another way too, and it allows you to reschedule an entire week or month of content. Even longer if you would like.
Here is a video showing how to edit, copy, or delete a post:
The Batch Share feature
The batch share feature is similar to the copy feature, except you can reschedule an entire month worth of content in just a few clicks! It’s amazing!
Select all of the posts that you want to share again. Click on the upper right-hand box and tell them to batch post. Make sure to click the date you want them to start and what interval you want them set at. I like to keep my same intervals. But you can manually change that.
Here is a great video about how to batch post.
Are you ready to stop doing Facebook the hard way?
If you are ready to streamline Facebook and make it easy and affordable, I think Cinchshare is definitely the way to go!
Several of my blogger friends have also implemented Cinchshare, and they have all come back to thank me. And I am so glad I can pass along something that makes our lives just a little bit easier!
